Returns Policy

We want you to love your Eggr. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification.

Our Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@eggr.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@eggr.co.uk with photos and we'll make it right.
