Why cook it all in one air fryer basket?
The best thing about this breakfast is that everything can be cooked in the same air fryer basket. The sausage, hash browns, muffin, cheese and egg all come together without needing a frying pan.
The EGGR egg cooker keeps the egg contained while it cooks and gives you a neat round egg that's ideal for a breakfast muffin.
Cooking tip
The exact cooking time will depend on your air fryer and the sausage/hash browns you use, so check the cooking instructions on those products and make sure the sausage is thoroughly cooked before serving.
For the egg, simply adjust the finishing time depending on whether you prefer a runny or firmer yolk. For more detail, see our air fryer egg cooking guide.
